Continuing our company tour
series. We recently visited BBK Performance Parts in Corona, CA.
Company president Brian Murphy and Vice president Kenneth Murphy started
BBK Performance Parts back in 1988. We were customers since day
one ourselves and remember their very first facility.
Today BBK is one of the leading
Mustang part manufacturers. They also make parts for Ford trucks other
makes of cars and sport utilities. Their products are distributed to
retailers worldwide.
BBK has several
lines of products including Throttle Bodies, Fuel injection, Exhaust,
Suspension and more and are housed in a nearly 50,000 square foot facility
filled with the latest CNC and robot welding machines. We were excited
to take a peek inside.
Let's start
the tour !

BBK's new facility. It's nearly 50,000 square feet of machinery, parts
and offices. Looks pretty cool also :-)

This is a portion of the manufacturing floor from a window high above.
Below throttle bodies, camber caster plates, headers and more are being
made.

Here is another area of the floor with some of the CNC machines in the
background. We'll be looking at them closer.
This is a portion of the welding area where skilled welders put together
different parts like headers, h-pipes and other parts.
Let's move down
to the floor level and see it all up close...
